Detailed Background: Prudential Mortgage Capital Company (PMCC) is a full service commercial mortgage provider of multifamily, affordable housing, retail, office, industrial and hotel properties. PMCC's product line includes fixed rate, floating rate and interim/bridge loans; Fannie Mae and FHA lending; and mezzanine financing. PMCC Finance currently has an open position for a Team Lead in its finance department in the commercial mortgage subsidiary supporting Capital Markets activities. Capital Markets activities include: commercial mortgage backed securitizations (CMBS), collateralized debt obligation issuances (CRE-CDO), bridge lending portfolios and various other balance sheet initiatives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Oversee Treasurer initiatives supporting liquidity and debt financing needs Review actual and forecasted revenue drivers related to investment activity Monitor and report actual and forecasted required equity related to business initiatives Monitor, analyze and report various investment related activity such as commercial loans, fixed maturities, and public equity Document accounting processes and controls for accounting functions Provide accounting policy research and support for new business initiatives Interact with senior management on various financial issues and deliverables. Supervise and develop staff Team with other leaders in PMCC Finance to continue providing world class financial support of the PMCC businesses.
