Plan, report and analyze balance sheet and cash flow for multiple business units within the Parks & Resorts segment during the monthly forecast, quarterly reporting, Annual Operating Plan and Five Year Plan processes. Critically analyze, make recommendations and prepare communications for senior Parks & Resorts leadership and Corporate concerning significant transactions and other financial reporting topics. Lead various projects and high-priority initiatives for the Parks & Resorts Financial Reporting team as well as seek opportunities for continuous process improvement.

These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.
  • Proven experience and strong understanding of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with limited direction and meet multiple concurrent deadlines
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong partnering skills
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement process skills
  • Proven computer proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required


  • Proven experience with SAP or other Enterprise accounting systems
  • Proven ability and willingness to learn financial system applications
  • Demonstrated strong business planning skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance


  • MBA, CPA or equivalent
